 Phillip A. Bennett Low is a Chinese-American playwright, storyteller, mime, author, theatre critic and libertarian activist. Co-founder of MN supergroup Rockstar Storytellers and founder and producer of the touring theatre troupe Maximum Verbosity, his solo performances have featured as far away as Melbourne, Australia.
